    The first step in getting to know each other better is exchanging information. Complete the short request info form and we’ll send you a preliminary questionnaire, this way we can learn more about you, your location, and your goals. And once you complete step 2, we‘ll give you the more detailed information you are probably looking for.

    Signing of the Nondisclosure Agreement

    We will ask you to sign a nondisclosure agreement. This simply allows us to talk specifics with you and answer those lingering questions.

    Provide You With the Franchise Disclosure Document

    We will send our Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure agreement. Every detail of our franchise, past and present, is discussed in the FDD.

    Telephone Interview

    We want to talk to you over the phone. This way you can tell us about what you want to accomplish, and make sure that this opportunity aligns with your goals.

    Discover Day

    You will come to Chattanooga, TN to meet with us in person at our ANDY OnCall® home office. We will sit down with you, answer all of your questions in detail, and go over everything you need to know to get your business off the ground and running.

    Sign Franchise Agreement

    We warmly welcome you to the ANDY OnCall® franchise family, where you will be in business for yourself, but you will NEVER be alone in your business.

  • step 7

    Selecting Your Site

    We will help you identify and select the perfect site for your franchise. We will need to approve the appropriate site for your location.

  • step 8

    Initial Franchise Training & Support

    You will undergo 7 to 10 days training at our Chattanooga office. You will also receive 5 days training on-site at your location.

  • step 9

    Ongoing Support

    Your site will be equipped with our proprietary software program, and you will get our operations, setup and customer service manuals, which are easy-to-use guides that detail virtually every aspect of starting and managing your business. Plus, we offer ongoing support. If there is anything you ever need, just call.
